Run, run, run! I’ve clocked in 70k this month (up from 44k), which I am utterly proud about. Also, at the beginning of the month I’ve managed a new PB at the Regent’s Park 10k Summer Series, only to comfortably beat that at the end of the month, while snapping loads of photos in Oradea, Romania – see the video below!
