If you’ve ever come across Meta Programmes, or the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator, or other tools that look at your personality, then you might have heard about people being called either Judgers or Perceivers. This refers to the way people prefer to live their lives. Judgers like to be more structured and they make decisions quicker, whereas Perceivers like options, they are more flexible and adaptable.

Here are a few characteristics about each of them:

Judgers:

  • They like order

Perceivers:

  • Highly adaptable
  • They do with the flow
  • Love being spontaneous
  • They decide at the last minute
  • They tend to be messier, and they do know where everything is

Judger vs Perceiver
