Our emotions and the decisions we took in the past are reflected in our behaviour and results in the present and the future. Therefore, limiting decisions or beliefs like “I’m not good enough”, “I’m not smart enough”, “I’m not pretty enough” etc, hold us back from achieving the results we want to achieve.

Anger, sadness, fear, guilt and other negative emotions, also prevent us from having the life we dream of having. Have you met someone who is always angry or someone who is sad all the time? There are times when it is natural to feel these negative emotions, and there are times when they are unwarranted.
